En la fabricaci\u00f3n de las muestras hemos utilizado diversos tratamientos t\u00e9rmicos desarrollados en presencia de atm\u00f3sferas est\u00e1ticas o din\u00e1micas.  las diferentes t\u00e9cnicas de caracterizaci\u00f3n empleadas en este estudio permiten describir la estructura y composici\u00f3n de las muestras, as\u00ed como analizar sus propiedades el\u00e9ctricas y de luminiscencia a
