Normas que se refieren a la capacidad necesaria para llevarla a cabo y a los distintos medios de impugnacion.  hemos hecho especial hincapie en distinguir la aplicacion de las normas, impugnativas referentes a los contratos en general de las especificas del negocio particional.  tambien hemos realizado un estudio especifico sobre los medios impugnatorios exclusivos de la particional
