En este estudio,  tomando como fuente celular tejido esponjoso de cresta il\u00edaca y como substrato hueso cortical en distintos grados de desmineralizaci\u00f3n, realizamos siembras que fueron valoradas en distintos tiempos de estudio (hasta 30 d\u00edas). Los resultados, tanto del cultivo como de la siembra, fueron analizados tanto desde el punto de vista morfol\u00f3gico (microscop\u00eda \u00f3ptica y electr\u00f3nica de barrido) como funcional (expresi\u00f3n de fosfatasa alcalina, metaloproteinasas mmp-1, mmp-3 y mmp-9, ram-11).   finalmente, dado que el mejora comportamiento de la siembra \u00abin vitro\u00bb se produc\u00eda sobre un substrato de hueso parcialmente desmineralizado, utilizamos dicho substrato sembrado para realizar un estudio preliminar \u00abin vivo\u00bb. Hemos creado un defecto en el hueso il\u00edaco del conejo, que reimplantamos con hueso cortical parcialmente desmineralizado, comparando dos grupos. Grupo a, en el que dicho substrato es sembrado por c\u00e9lulas ant\u00f3logas. Grupo b, en el que el substrado es colocado sin siembra celular previa. El an\u00e1lisis radiol\u00f3gico y por densitometr\u00eda \u00f3sea de ambos grupos nos muestra una mineralizaci\u00f3n precoz del centro del implante cuando se realiza una siembra celular mixta ant\u00f3loga. Sin embargo, a los 30 d\u00edas de evoluci\u00f3n, los valores obtenidos son equiparables.   en conclusi\u00f3n, utilizando t\u00e9cnicas de ingenier\u00eda tisular, mediante siembra celular de un
