Esta deficiencia se debe a la complejidad de esta matriz y los bajos niveles de concentraci\u00f3n en los que se encuentran los metales.  la diferencia de toxicidad entre las distintas especies inorg\u00e1nicas de as y cr, ha sido el criterio tomado en la elecci\u00f3n de los elementos objeto de estudio. Por una parte se ha propuesto un m\u00e9todo para la determinaci\u00f3n de cr(vi) mediante etaas. La separaci\u00f3n de cr(iii) es posible dada la elevada volatilidad del quelato que forma selectivamente con 1,1,1-trifluoro-2,4-pentadiona (tfa). Y por otra parte se ha desarrollado un m\u00e9todo para la preconcentraci\u00f3n y separaci\u00f3n de as(iii) y cr(vi) en agua de mar, mediante la retenci\u00f3n en un reactor anudado del complejo formado con el amonio pirrolidinditiocarbamato, apdc. Para ello se ha empleado una t\u00e9cnica de inyecci\u00f3n en flujo acoplada a un equipo de espectroscop\u00eda de absorci\u00f3n at\u00f3mica con atomizaci\u00f3n electrot\u00e9rmica, fi-etaas.  finalmente, estos m\u00e9todos han sido aplicados para el estudio de la distribuci\u00f3n de estos metales en la r\u00eda de arousa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
