{"id":57810,"date":"2018-03-09T22:45:40","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T22:45:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/el-desarrollo-profesional-de-los-docentes-de-secundaria-incidencia-de-algunas-variables-personales-y-de-actuacion-profesional\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T22:45:40","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T22:45:40","slug":"el-desarrollo-profesional-de-los-docentes-de-secundaria-incidencia-de-algunas-variables-personales-y-de-actuacion-profesional","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/organizacion-y-direccion-de-las-instituciones-educativas\/el-desarrollo-profesional-de-los-docentes-de-secundaria-incidencia-de-algunas-variables-personales-y-de-actuacion-profesional\/","title":{"rendered":"El desarrollo profesional de los docentes de secundaria: incidencia de algunas variables personales y de actuacion profesional."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Martinez Trevi\u00f1o Olga Elizabeth <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El presente trabajo de investigacion, se ha realizado en la ciudad de monterrey, nuevo le\u00f3n (m\u00e9xico), en 19 escuelas de secundaria del area metropolitana,,con una muestra significativa de 326 docentes y directivos, pertencientes a la secretaria de educaion publica .  a traves de este trabajo se trata de conocer las posibles incidencias de algunas variables personales, como pueden ser : a) actitud, b) grado de satrisfaccion, y las variables de actuacion profesional c) grado academico y d) trabajo colaborativo , para el analisis y descripcion de sus posibles relaciones y ocurrencias, en relacion al desarrollo profesional de los docentes de secundaria. en su dise\u00f1o de tipo descriptivo con un enfoque mixto donde se realiza una aproximacion general y otra especifcia con el objetivo de profundizar en las relaicones de los agentes que intervienen en esta investigaicon.  hemos encontrado a traves del analisis de datos de tipo cuantitativo y cualtitativo, que las relaciones mas fuertes se encuentran en la actitud, el grado de satisfaccion y el trabajo colaborativo. Es decir, a mejor actitud, mayor grado de satisfaccion y mayor colaboracion y a la inversa . En caunto a la variable del grado academico se enconttro que no tiene ningunua relacion significativa  con las variables actitud, grado de satisfaccion  y trabajo colaborativo
