{"id":57857,"date":"2007-02-04T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2007-02-04T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/fabricacion-y-caracterizacion-de-espumas-de-aluminio-aplicaciones-en-el-sector-aeronautico\/"},"modified":"2007-02-04T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2007-02-04T00:00:00","slug":"fabricacion-y-caracterizacion-de-espumas-de-aluminio-aplicaciones-en-el-sector-aeronautico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisica\/fabricacion-y-caracterizacion-de-espumas-de-aluminio-aplicaciones-en-el-sector-aeronautico\/","title":{"rendered":"Fabricaci\u00f3n y caracterizaci\u00f3n de espumas de aluminio: aplicaciones en el sector aeron\u00e1utico"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Jos\u00e9 Antonio Reglero Ruiz <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta tesis se realiza la fabricaci\u00f3n y caracterizaci\u00f3n de materiales celulares met\u00e1licos, concretamente espumas de aluminio.  estos materiales son fabricados mediatne la ruta pulvimetal\u00fargica a nivel de laboratorio, optimizando el proceso de espumado mediante la metodolog\u00eda taguchi. tras ello, se realiza un caracterizaci\u00f3n microestructural de las aleaciones utilizadas, unida a una caracterizaci\u00f3n de la estructura celular utilizando t\u00e9cnicas de tratamiento de imagen. posteriormente, se determinan las caracter\u00edsticas t\u00e9rmicas y mec\u00e1nicas de las espumas de aluminio fabricadas principalmente la capacidad de absorci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda en impacto. finalmente, se realiza el proceso de dise\u00f1o de dos ampliaciones concretas en las cuales las espumas de aluminio poseen gran inter\u00e9s.  en la primera de ellas, la espuma act\u00faa como elemento absorbedor de energ\u00eda en un prototipo amortiguador construido al tal efecto. Los resultados muestran la gran capacidad de absorci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda de estos materiales. en la segunda delas aplicaciones, la espuma de aluminio act\u00faa como material de relleno en un enfoque de ataque aeron\u00e1utico.
