Dentro de la membrana plasm\u00e1tica podemos distinguir la existencia de unas regiones de membrana denominadas raft lip\u00eddicos, con unas caracter\u00edsticas de fluidez y composici\u00f3n diferenciadas de la zona circundante. La presencia\/ausencia de una determinada mol\u00e9cula en ellos es capaz tambi\u00e9n, de regular la respuesta celular. cd26 y cd45r0 son prote\u00ednas transmembrana implicadas en la regulaci\u00f3n de la transducci\u00f3n de la se\u00f1al durante la formaci\u00f3n de la sinapsis inmunol\u00f3gica en los linfocitos t. Estudios previos han demostrado que il-12 es capaz de aumentar los niveles de expresi\u00f3n de cd26, e induce su asociaci\u00f3n con cd45r0, lo que empuja a esta fosfatasa a desplazarse fuera de zona raft. Se ha postulado que este desplazamiento es responsable de la \u00abdesactivaci\u00f3n\u00bb de la se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n por il-12. Esta interleukina tiene importantes funciones en el sistema inmune: induce la producci\u00f3n de ifng, tnfa; promueve la proliferaci\u00f3n celular; y coordina la respuesta inmune celular mediante la diferenciaci\u00f3n hacia un fenotipo tipo th1 y el aumento de la actividad citot\u00f3xica. en este trabajo se pretende aclarar la posici\u00f3n relativa del receptor de il-12 respecto los rafts lip\u00eddicos y como \u00e9sta influye en la en la transducci\u00f3n de se\u00f1al, as\u00ed como estudiar qu\u00e9 mol\u00e9culas pudieran estar implicadas en la proliferaci\u00f3n inducida por
