Se trata de un estudio descriptivo donde se analizan los patrones inflamatorios presentes en las secreciones nasales en dos fases independientes, tras la exposici\u00f3n natural al alergeno y tras la realizaci\u00f3n de test de provocaci\u00f3n nasal (tpn)  con dermatophagoides pteronyssinus, gram\u00edneas y olea europea. Para ello se emplean distintas t\u00e9cnicas diagn\u00f3sticas que incluyen pruebas al\u00e9rgicas cut\u00e1neas tipo prick-test e intrad\u00e9rmicas, determinaciones de niveles de ige total, ige espec\u00edfica, ecp en sangre perif\u00e9rica y lavado nasal mediante enzimoinmunofluorensayo, determinaci\u00f3n de triptasa en lavado nasal mediante enzimoinmunofluoroensayo; estudio de las poblaciones leucocitarias y linfocitarias presentes en el levado nasal durante la exposici\u00f3n natural al alergeno mediante citometr\u00eda de flujo; lavados nasales realizados mediante m\u00e9todo de greiff-gr\u00ed\u00bcmberg modificado y m\u00e9todo de naclerio; y tpn monotorizado mediante vas de s\u00edntomas nasales y rinometr\u00eda ac\u00fastica. Los grupos objeto de estudio fueron pacientes con rinitis al\u00e9rgica (rinitis al\u00e9rgica persistente y rinitis al\u00e9rgica intermitente) y pacientes con rinitis idiop\u00e1tica o no filiada (rinitis persistente no filiada y rinitis intermitente no filiada). El grupo control estuvo formado por sujetos sanos no at\u00f3picos. La conclusi\u00f3n principal de esta tesis es que entre los pacientes con rinitis diop\u00e1tica existe un grupo importante de pacientes con ige espec\u00edfica selectiva nasal, niveles de ecp nasal superiores a los controles sanos, fenotipo leucocitario-linfocitario nasal similar a la rinitis al\u00e9rgica y respuesta positiva al tpn con alergeno con liberaci\u00f3n de tiptasa, ecp y producci\u00f3n de ige espec\u00edfica nasal dependiente de la exposici\u00f3n al al\u00e9rgeno. todos estos resultados sugieren que este grupo d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
