Adem\u00e1s,su presencia en numerosos productos naturales ha hecho que se est\u00e9 dedicando un granesfuerzo sint\u00e9tico dirigido hacia su preparaci\u00f3n. Dos tipos de compuestos pertenecientes a estaamplia familia de amino\u00e1cidos son las prolinas sustituidas y los \u00e1cidos pipec\u00f3licos sustituidos.Para la s\u00edntesis de dichos compuestos se han estudiado nuevas metodolog\u00edas de s\u00edntesis desus precursores inmediatos, entre los que cabe destacar fundamentalmente nitronas c\u00edclicas yac\u00edclicas explotando el potencial sint\u00e9tico del grupo funcional nitrona como electr\u00f3filo y como1,3-dipolo en reacciones de adici\u00f3n nucle\u00f3fila y cicloadiciones, respectivamente.Revision de los conocimientos es posible decir que no exist\u00edan metodolog\u00edas generales para la s\u00edntesis estereoselectiva de los compuestos preparados por nosotros. Por ello la presente tesis doctoral representa una importante novedad. Por otra parte, el marcado inter\u00e9s de los compuestos sintetizados se pone de manifiesto con la aparici\u00f3n muy reciente de trabajos originales de investigaci\u00f3n en revistas de marcado prestigio internacional, en los que se refleja el esfuerzo de la comunidad cient\u00edfica para la s\u00edntesis de dichos derivados. dado que se han realizado reacciones de alilaci\u00f3n, es
