Por otro lado, en estas reacciones est\u00e1n involucrados mecanismos no inmunol\u00f3gicos, como el estr\u00e9s oxidativo, lo que viene reflejado por el aumento de las actividades enzim\u00e1ticas antioxidantes catalasa y super\u00f3xido dismutasa, as\u00ed como por la elevaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o oxidativo a l\u00edpidos de membrana (medido a trav\u00e9s de las especies reaccionantes con el
