Hemos llegado a las conclusiones de que el grado de peroxidacion de los acidos grasos de las membranas del estudio es mayor a medida que la grasa de la dieta es mas insaturada y\/o refinada. Uno de los mecanismos de regulacion de la fluidez de la membrana parece ser la movilizacion del colesterol hacia el componente serico. El grado de fluidez de las membranas mitocondriales no disminuye con la ingestion de grasa monoinsaturada como unica fuente grasa. La peroxidacion lipidica por la adriamicina se ve aun mas aumentada cuando las dietas son mas insaturadas y\/o refinadas. El aumento de la peroxidacion lipidica incrementa la actividad de la cadena de transporte de electrones para realizar procesos de reparacion celular.  con la administracion de adriamicina la funcionalidad mitocondrial se ve casi duplicada en el grupo alimentado con oliva virgen, mientras que en el grupo de maiz la funcionalidad mitocondrial disminuye.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
