El primero se dec\u00eda a la determinaci\u00f3n del \u00e1mbito subjetivo del rd 1006\/1985, regulador de la relaci\u00f3n laboral deportiva. El cap\u00edtulo segundo contiene el cuerpo central de la tesis, en el que se analizan las distintas causas causas extintivas. El tercer cap\u00edtulo se destina al estudio detallado de la controvertida figura jur\u00eddica de la cl\u00e1usula de rescisi\u00f3n, incidiendo en los problemas que la misma plantea en el
