Se ha puesto a punto un m\u00e9todo para el c\u00e1lculo de diferencias de energ\u00edas libre asociadas a transiciones electr\u00f3nicas en disoluci\u00f3n. Se aplic\u00f3 al estudio de la influencia del disolvente sobre la banda del espectro electr\u00f3nico n-\u00c2\u00bf* de la acrole\u00edna en disoluci\u00f3n acuosa y de la banda \u00c2\u00bf-\u00c2\u00bf* del espectro de absorci\u00f3n del crom\u00f3foro 11-cis-retinal en disoluci\u00f3n de metanol. la segunda aportaci\u00f3n fue el desarrollo de algoritmos para el estudio de procesos no adiab\u00e1ticos en disoluci\u00f3n. Se aplicar\u00e1 al estudio del proceso de desexcitaci\u00f3n no radiante de la acrole\u00edna en agua y al primer paso de la fotoisomerizaci\u00f3n cis-trans de un modelo de la base de schiff
