En una primera parte, se llev\u00f3 a cabo el an\u00e1lisis bioqu\u00edmico de complejos histona acetiltransferasa (h\u00e1t) en s. Cerevisiae. Detect\u00e1ndose una nueva actividad hat con especificidad sobre la histona h3. Y a partir de este descubrimiento, se analizaron tas actividades hat a4-1 y a4-\u00edi. La segunda parte consisti\u00f3 en la localizaci\u00f3n gen\u00f3mica de hats y de marcas epigen\u00e9ticas mediante chips de dna e inmunoprecipitaci\u00f3n de crornatina: se dise\u00f1\u00f3 un nuevo m\u00e9todo de an\u00e1lisis de localizaci\u00f3n gen\u00f3mica, con el que se estudi\u00f3 la asociac\u00f3n de una serie de hats a crornatina. Finalmente, se realiz\u00f3 un estudio de los efectos sabre la longevidad y sabre el perfil transcript\u00f3mico de la delecion de los genes hatt y hat2 del complejo hat b de s.
