Esto ha dado paso al nacimiento del prometedor campo de la llamada espintr\u00f3nica en la que la utilizaci\u00f3n de los grados de libertad del esp\u00edn electr\u00f3nico se espera que permita el desarrollo y fabricaci\u00f3n de nuevos dispositivos que mejoren las prestaciones y den nuevas funcionalidades a los dispositivos actuales [3].  el desarrollo de estos nuevos dispositivos de esp\u00edn requiere la existencia de fuentes de electrones con polarizaci\u00f3n total de esp\u00edn. En la naturaleza existen ciertos materiales que presentan esta propiedad de polarizaci\u00f3n total de los electrones de conducci\u00f3n. Estos materiales se denominan semimetales y entre ellos se encuentran los \u00f3xidos de manganeso de estructura perovskita tales como el la2\/3ca1\/3mno3 (lcmo) o el la2\/3sr1\/3mno3  [4,5,6,7,8].  en este trabajo estudiaremos las propiedades del oxido semimet\u00e1lico y ferromagn\u00e9tico de formula la2\/3ca1\/3mno3 crecido sobre sustratos monocristalinos de srtio3 (sto) y de laalo3 (lao) en el instituto de ciencia de materiales de barcelona (icmab-csic) mediante la t\u00e9cnica de pulverizaci\u00f3n cat\u00f3dica por radiofrecuencia (rf- sputtering). estos materiales, derivados del compuesto lamno3, que es aislante y antiferromagn\u00e9tico, pueden convertirse en conductores y ferromagn\u00e9ticos mediante la sustituci\u00f3n de una cierta fracci\u00f3n del cati\u00f3n
