Dolores <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Con los objetivos de profundizar, en humanos, en la importancia de la adaptacion pancreatica a la calidad de la grasa dietetica y de determinar el papel del acido graso como modulador de los mecanismos endocrinos reguladores de la respuesta del pancreas exocrino al alimento, dos grupos de pacientes con calculos en vesicula biliar realizaron durante 1 mes una dieta en la que todo el aporte de grasa provenia de aceite de oliva o de girasol, en cada caso. Igualmente se selecciono un grupo control, que siguio su dieta habitual. A las 24 h.  de practicarseles una colecistectomia se estudio la respuesta en electrolitos y enzimas pancreaticas, asi como los niveles plasmaticos de varias hormonas gastrointestinales tras la administracion oral de formulas liquidas cuyo componente graso era igualmente aceite de oliva, de girasol o una mezcla de los anteriores con nata (control).
