docentes de la educaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica rural, que fueron convocados a unirse a la iniciativa de mejoramiento e innovaci\u00f3n educativa de incorporar en sus aulas multigrado tecnolog\u00eda computacional, por medio de un trabajo de acompa\u00f1amiento de indagaci\u00f3n para interroga no solo la propia experiencia de formaci\u00f3n en el uso de estas nuevas tecnolog\u00edas, sino, adem\u00e1s, el modo en que intervienen y modifican el entorno de trabajo del docente, su estilo y estrategias de docencia y c\u00f3mo al mismo tiempo son capaces de generar nuevas perspectivas y proyectos para su docencia en aula.  las conclusiones del trabajos e relacionan con la forma en que los docentes se apropian de los recursos tecnol\u00f3gicos y los utilizan para apoyar la innovaci\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica en el aula, con cambios de rol y estilo de trabajo docente al interior del aula equipada con elementos tecnol\u00f3gicos, con formaci\u00f3n, con modificaciones en las
