La evoluci\u00f3n y el impacto de los cursos de postgrado y master se han convertido en un quehacer esencial de las universidades. mediante este trabajo se valoran diferentes aspectos del funcionamiento y desarrollo del curso de postgrado de medicina interna de la universidad central de el ecuador.     entre los aspectos m\u00e1s destacables de esta evaluaci\u00f3n podemos destacar aquellos elementos derivados del curr\u00edculum, los procesos organizativos desarrollados y las actividades vinculadas con la orientaci\u00f3n de los estudiantes. Es un estudio descriptivo y correlacional y ha analizado las opiniones de los y las docentes, administradores, alumnos y alumnas respecto al desarrollo de dicho curso.
