En la primera parte, se desarrolla el marco te\u00f3rico-aplicativo desde el que se aborda el objeto de estudio y donde se profundiza en el significado y la evaluaci\u00f3n de la naturaleza psicosocial de este tipo de riesgos laborales. Adem\u00e1s se analizan los condicionantes y problemas derivados de su estatus y tratamiento preventivos dentro del \u00e1mbito de la seguridad y la salud en el trabajo. La segunda parte corresponde al estudio emp\u00edrico en el que se eval\u00faa el mobbing en la policia local del principado de asturias a trav\u00e9s de una metodolog\u00eda cuantitativa y cualitativa (encuesta, cuestionarios, grupos de discusi\u00f3n y entrevistas). Los resultados obtenidos constatan una incidencia significativa de manifestaciones de acoso laboral en este colectivo profesional. Finalmente, se dise\u00f1a un protocolo de actuaci\u00f3n que incluye el programa de intervenci\u00f3n para prevenir la aparici\u00f3n de este riesgo laboral.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
