Juan  Francisco <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se han desarrollado diferentes sistemas separativos de flujo tipo fia de baja presion, intercalando en los mismos minicolumnas de tipo monol\u00edtico. las columnas monol\u00edticas son un producto relativamente nuevo en el mundo de la cromatograf\u00eda, compuestas por una \u00fanica pieza de s\u00edlice porosa (con estructura macroporosa, mesoporosa y microporosa), que presentan, gracias a su estructura porosa, una serie de ventajas con respecto a los tradicionales sistemas separativos basados en columnas particuladas, como son: estabilidad mec\u00e1nica, gran poder de separaci\u00f3n y uso de caudales altos (impensable en columnas particuladas). por ello, se han desarrollado sistemas separativos, aplicados a distintos campos, tales como:           &#8211; an\u00e1lisis de aditivos edulcorantes en alimentos de bajo poder cal\u00f3rico.           &#8211; an\u00e1lisis de aditivos antioxidantes en alimentos deshidratados y en cosm\u00e9ticos.           &#8211; an\u00e1lisis de aditivos conservantes en cosm\u00e9ticos. los m\u00e9todos resultantes se han aplicado a diversas muestras<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
