El dise\u00f1o de tales ligandos se fundamental en la derivatizaci\u00f3n de estructuras privilegiadas mediante el desarrollo de aproximaciones basadas en la qu\u00edmica combinatoria. Las estructuras privilegiadas consideradas en el proyecto son hetrociclos de ergoleno e indoloquinolicidina y su derivatizaci\u00f3n se ha centrado en la incorporaci\u00f3n de unidades pept\u00eddicas de tama\u00f1o peque\u00f1o. La evaluaci\u00f3n biol\u00f3gica de tales compuestos ha permitido demostrar que algunos de los compuestos sintetizados son capaces de actuar como ligandos m\u00faltiples, especialmente en la interacci\u00f3n con algunos subtipos de los receptores de dopamina y adenosina. Este resutlado abre las puertas al estuido de la relevancia de las oligomerizaciones descritas para estos receptores as\u00ed como su posible aplicaci\u00f3n en nuevos tratamientos para des\u00f3rdenes del sistema nervioso central como el s\u00edndrome de parkinson.     por otra parte, en la presente tesis doctoral tambi\u00e9n se han puesto a punto parte de la metodolog\u00eda necesaria para aplicar t\u00e9cnicas no invasivas al estudio dela oligomerizaci\u00f3n de gpcrs. La s\u00edntesis de ligandos fluorescentes, incluyendo la incorporaci\u00f3n de espaciadores bifuncionales, su evaluaci\u00f3n a nivel farmacol\u00f3gico y el estuido por microscopia confocal han resutlado en la optimizaci\u00f3n en condicones experimentales relevantes para el desarrollado e t\u00e9cnicas de fluorescencia en receptores de dopamina y adenosina.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
