{"id":58518,"date":"2018-03-09T22:46:20","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T22:46:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/la-va%c2%ada-de-notch-en-el-desarrollo-carda%c2%adaco\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T22:46:20","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T22:46:20","slug":"la-va%c2%ada-de-notch-en-el-desarrollo-carda%c2%adaco","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/embriologia\/la-va%c2%ada-de-notch-en-el-desarrollo-carda%c2%adaco\/","title":{"rendered":"La v\u00edade notch en el desarrollo card\u00edaco"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Joaquim Grego Bessa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se describe que la v\u00eda de notch es fundamental, en rat\u00f3n, para el desarrollo de los colchones del endocardio (que dar\u00e1n lugar a las v\u00e1lvulas card\u00edacas y parte del septo interventricular), y para el desarrollo de las trab\u00e9culas ventriculares (que dar\u00e1n, lugar a los m\u00fasculos papeliares y a las fibras de purkinge), cuya malformaci\u00f3n puede producir patolog\u00edas como la estenosis a\u00f3rtica, la t\u00e9trada de fallot, defectos en el septo ventricular y atresias valvulares, describiendo as\u00ed una v\u00eda imprescindible para el desarrollo del coraz\u00f3n.     en este trabajo se abordan las implicaciones in vivo e in vitro de la falta de funci\u00f3n y sobre-expresi\u00f3n de la v\u00eda de notch. Se han estudiado los fenotipos de falta de funci\u00f3n de notch 1 y rbpjk en modelos murinos, as\u00ed como la sobre-expresi\u00f3n del dominio intracelular de notch1 (n1lcd) en pez cebra. Tambi\u00e9n se han realizado estudios de regulaci\u00f3n g\u00e9nica mediante cultivos celulares para estudiar las posibles dianas de la v\u00eda de notch      el objetivo del presente trabajo reside en identificar los mecanismos mediatne los cuales la v\u00eda de notch regula la formaci\u00f3n de los colchones del endocardio y de las trab\u00e9culas ventr\u00edculares.     los resultados obtenidos permiten concluir que notch es fundamental para el desarrollo del coraz\u00f3n. Notch activa la expresi\u00f3n de snail y tgfbeta2 en el canal atrioventricular, mol\u00e9culas clave para que tenga lugar la transici\u00f3n epitelio-mes\u00e9mquima en este tejido, y puedan as\u00ed formarse las v\u00e1lvulas card\u00edacas y parte del septo interventricular. Adem\u00e1s, notch es imprescindible para la formaci\u00f3n de las trab\u00e9culas ventriculares, ya que activa directamente la expresi\u00f3n de ephrinb2, que a su vez act\u00faa por encima de nrg1 para activar procesos de diferenciaci\u00f3n del miocardio trabecular. notch tambi\u00e9n regula la proliferaci\u00f3n de este miocardio regulando la expresi\u00f3n de la citoquina bmp10.
