La estructura de fase la2nio4+d est\u00e1 formada por l\u00e1minas de lanio3, de tipo perovskita, alternadas con l\u00e1minas de lao de tipo cloruro s\u00f3dico, en las cuales puede incorporarse ox\u00edgeno sobreestequiom\u00e9trico. Esta estructura laminar es la responsable de la anisotrop\u00eda en las propiedades del la2nio4+d, dando lugar a una conductividad i\u00f3nica y electr\u00f3nica que es entre dos y tres \u00f3rdenes de magnitud superior a lo largo del plano ab, en comparaci\u00f3n con la direcci\u00f3n del eje c. este trabajo consiste en el estudio, desde un punto de vista fundamental, de pel\u00edculas delgadas epitaxiales de la2nio4+d orientadas a lo largo del eje c y crecidas por la t\u00e9cnica de deposici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica en fase vapor de precursores organomet\u00e1licos por inyecci\u00f3n pulsada (pi-mocvd) sobre diferentes sustratos, con el fin de adquirir una mejor comprensi\u00f3n de sus caracter\u00edsticas microestructurales, su variaci\u00f3n con la tensi\u00f3n y la influencia de la tensi\u00f3n en las propiedades de transporte a elevada temperatura. Adem\u00e1s, el crecimiento epitaxial permite la medida de las propiedades de las pel\u00edculas de la2nio4+d en dos direcciones perpendiculares, obteniendo una medida directa de la anisotrop\u00eda del material. el la2nio4+d es el primer miembro (n = 1) de la familia ruddlesden-popper lan+1nino3n+1, en la que la estructura de cada miembro est\u00e1 formada por un n\u00famero n de bloques perovskita lanio3 alternados entre bloques lao tipo cloruro s\u00f3dico. Asimismo se han intentado depositar pel\u00edculas orientadas a lo largo del eje c de los miembros n = 2, 3 e 8, y se ha estudiado la variaci\u00f3n las propiedades de
