En la actualidad se conocen m\u00e1s de 100 enfermedades neurodegenerativas, siendo la de alzheimer, parkinson, huntington y la esclerosis lateral amiotr\u00f3fica las m\u00e1s importante dada su frecuencia y gravedad. en este contexto, en la presente tesis doctoral se han elegido dos dianas terep\u00e9uticas con el objeto de encontrar nuevas mol\u00e9culas que puedan ser de utilidad para el tratamiento de estas enfermedades. Por una parte, se ha elegido la sintasa del \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico (nos), enzima responsable de la s\u00edntesis de \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico, cuya implicaci\u00f3n en el desarrollo de enfermedades neurodegenerativas est\u00e1 demostrada. La otra diana elegida es la fosfodiesterasa 7 (pde7), puesto que en su inhibici\u00f3n se ha visto que puede tener aplicaci\u00f3n para el tratamiento de des\u00f3rdenes de c\u00e9lulas t. En concreto, pensamos que inhibidores de pde7 podr\u00edan ser \u00fatiles para el tratamiento de la esclerosis m\u00faltiple, enfermedad de naturaleza inflamatoria desmielinizante y autoinmune. los objetivos que se han alcanzado en la presente memoria son: 1. Dise\u00f1o y s\u00edntesis de an\u00e1logos conformacionalmente restringidos  de un conocido inhibidor de la sintasa del \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico (nnos) como es la s-etil-n-fenilisotiourea. 2. Dise\u00f1o y s\u00edntesis de nuevos inhibidores de nuevos ligandos como potenciales inhibidores de la nos mediante una aproximaci\u00f3n computacional. 3. Evaluaci\u00f3n biol\u00f3gica frente a nnos de los nuevos compuestos. 4. S\u00edntesis de nuevos inhibidores de quinazolina, tienopirimidina y benzotienopirimidinas como inhibidores selectivos de pde7. 5. Ensayos biol\u00f3gicaos de todos los compuestos sintetizados. 6.
