Diana <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se analizo la influencia de factores ambientales como la temperatura y la tension de oxigeno, en la expresion de atributos de virulencia de aeromonas hydrophila. El estudio se amplio al conocimiento de los cambios que tienen lugar en la bacteria despues de su cultivo directo en tejido muscular de trucha o tras exaltar su virulencia mediante pases seriados en el hospedador. La respuesta a la temperatura vario en funcion de los serotipos. La temperatura de 37 c inhibio el crecimiento y kla capacidad toxico enzimatica de los serotipos ambientales 0:34 y 0:29 que a su vez se mostraron avirulentos en raton, sin embargo los serotipos humanos resultaron mas hemoliticos y citotoxicos a esa temperatura. Los cambios en el lps y las (mpsfueron mas evidentes en los serotipos ambientales que en los de origen humano. La anaerobiosis determino una reduccion del crecimiento pero por el contrario se observo una estimulacion de la produccion de proteasas y hemolisisnas. El lps no se altero sin embargo, se observaron cambios en los patrones de cmps.  las celulas cultivadas in vivo mostraron una capsula, que estuvo ausente en las bacterias crecidas en medias artificiales. Los sucesivos con el animal determinaron la exaltacion de la virulencia de las cepas.
