La electroforesis capilar juega un papel fundamental en bioqu\u00edmicas. Esta t\u00e9cnicas permite obtener an\u00e1lisis r\u00e1pidos con una elevada resoluci\u00f3n un bajo consumo de reactivos auxiliares, minimizando la generaci\u00f3n de residuos.     el objetivo principal de este trabajo en relaci\u00f3n a la cromatograf\u00eda de l\u00edquidos reside en el establecimiento de un modelo que explique la variaci\u00f3n del `ph en fases m\u00f3viles hidroorg\u00e1nicas en funci\u00f3n de la fracci\u00f3n de disolvente org\u00e1nico. El ph de la fase m\u00f3vil condiciona el grado de ionizaci\u00f3n de los analitos con propiedades \u00e1cido\/base, y en funci\u00f3n de esta ionizaci\u00f3n se producen variaciones significativas en la retenciones cromatogr\u00e1ficas, que pueden afectar notablemente la selectividad de la an\u00e1lisis. Este modelo se ha desarrollado para los dos disolventes org\u00e1nicos m\u00e1s com\u00fanmente usados en hplc, acetonitrilo y metanol, y para los sistemas amortiguadores m\u00e1s comunes ala concentraciones de trabajo m\u00e1s habituales.     una vez desarrollado y evaluado el modelo, el segundo objetivo consiste en la interpretaci\u00f3n y estimaci\u00f3n de los tiempos de retenci\u00f3n cromatogr\u00e1ficos de anlaitos con propiedades \u00e1cido\/base, en t\u00e9rminos de la variaci\u00f3n de sus valores de pka y del ph de las fases m\u00f3viles hidroorg\u00e1nicas en funci\u00f3n del contenido de disolvente org\u00e1nico.     en la relaci\u00f3n a la electroforesis capilar zonal (cze), el primer objetivo consiste en la caracterizaci\u00f3n del nitrometano como disolvente org\u00e1nico de uso en electroforesis capilar no acuosa (nace).
