{"id":58630,"date":"2018-03-09T22:46:27","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T22:46:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/herramientas-para-el-analisis-y-diseno-de-antenas-opticas\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T22:46:27","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T22:46:27","slug":"herramientas-para-el-analisis-y-diseno-de-antenas-opticas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/herramientas-para-el-analisis-y-diseno-de-antenas-opticas\/","title":{"rendered":"Herramientas para el an\u00e1lisis y dise\u00f1o de antenas \u00f3pticas"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Rico Garc\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Las antenas \u00f3pticas son una nueva clase de detectores que funcionan en el infrarrojo y en el visible y que, a diferencia de los detectores habituales, presentan una particularidad notable: el acoplamiento de la radiaci\u00f3n al detector y la traducci\u00f3n de la se\u00f1al \u00f3ptica a voltaje no son realizados por un mismo elemento. en el primer caso, una estructura met\u00e1lica plana, depositada sobre un substrato diel\u00e9ctrico y de tama\u00f1o micr\u00f3metrico con rasgos de fabricaci\u00f3n nanom\u00e9trico act\u00faa como una antena. La radiaci\u00f3n induce corrientes oscilantes en toda su extensi\u00f3n. Estas corrientes son reactivadas por un diodo o un microbol\u00f3metro, construidos a la par que la antena y tambi\u00e9n de tama\u00f1o nanom\u00e9trico, generando una se\u00f1al de continua cuyo valor es proporcional al campo incidente. El detector es puntual y sensible al estado de polarizaci\u00f3n; presenta selectividad angular y es potencialmente muy r\u00e1pido. Adem\u00e1s, no es necesario enfriarlo en el ir. Esta memoria de tesis desarrolla herramientas experimentales para caracterizar este detector en t\u00e9rminos de sus figuras de m\u00e9rito m\u00e1s importantes (respuesta espacial y sensibilidad al estado de polarizaci\u00f3n) en el visible. Por otro lado, se proponen herramientas semianal\u00edticas y num\u00e9ricas para entender el comportamiento del mismo. Para validar \u00e9stas, se ha acudido a ejemplos de la literatura conocidos, como cristales fot\u00f3nicos bidimensionales. Finalmente, se a incorporado un modelo del detector a estas herramientas de car\u00e1cter anal\u00edtico con el fin de comparar las medidas experimentales con la
