Comparar la adhesi\u00f3n a dentina radicular de los cementos selladores basados en resina ah plus(tm) y endorez(r); con o sin el uso de hipoclorito de sodio al 5% y con los adhesivos dentinarios optibond(r) solo plus(tm) dual cure y clearfil(tm) liner bond 2v. 2. Estudiar la influencia de los sistemas adhesivos de grabado total optibond (r) solo plus(tm) dual cure y de autograbado clearfil(tm) liner bond 2v en la fuerza de adhesi\u00f3n a dentina radicular de ah plus(tm) y endorez(r). 3. Analizar la influencia del hipoclorito de sodio al 5% en la fuerza de uni\u00f3n a dentina radicular de ah plus(tm) y endorez(r), asociado o no al adhesivo dentinario optibond(r) solo plus(tm) dual cure. 4. Evaluar la influencia de la regi\u00f3n del sustrato, tercio coronal y medio, en la fuerza de uni\u00f3n a dentina radicular de ah plus(tm) y endorez(r), en combinaci\u00f3n o no con hipoclorito de sodio al 5%, optibond(r) solo plus(tm) dual cure o clearfil(tm) liner bond 2v. 5. Determinar el tipo de fallo de los especimenes tras someterlos a pruebas de microtensi\u00f3n. para la realizaci\u00f3n de este estudio se han utilizado diez incisivos centrales superiores bovinos, conservados en timol hasta el momento de su preparaci\u00f3n. Los dientes fueron cortados transversalmente a nivel de la uni\u00f3n amelocementaria y del tercio apical. Despu\u00e9s se seccionaron longitudinalmente en sentido mesiodistal, obteni\u00e9ndose dos mitades sim\u00e9tricas.  las superficies externas fueron grabadas y acondicionadas con adhesivo solo-bond m. Para obtener un bloque rectangular de un cm de altura se a\u00f1adieron capas de composite synergy(r) duo shade sobre las superficies externas acondicionadas. los bloques fueron asignados al azar a diez grupos de estudio diferentes (dos mitades del mismo diente) atendiendo a la secuencia de preparaci\u00f3n de las superficies de la dentina. grupo i: fosf\u00f3rico 37% + ah plus(tm) grupo ii:
