{"id":5872,"date":"1995-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1995-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/1995\/01\/01\/analisis-de-la-expresion-y-del-procesamiento-de-los-receptores-d1-de-dopamina\/"},"modified":"1995-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1995-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"analisis-de-la-expresion-y-del-procesamiento-de-los-receptores-d1-de-dopamina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/analisis-de-la-expresion-y-del-procesamiento-de-los-receptores-d1-de-dopamina\/","title":{"rendered":"Analisis de la expresion y del procesamiento de los receptores d1 de dopamina."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Daniel Zamanillo Castanedo <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En el presente trabajo se identifico el receptor d1a y d1b de dopamina en diferentes tejidos de raton mediante la tecnica de pcr, tanto cerebrales como extracerebrales.  asimismo se localizo un posible punto de fosforilacion en el extremo carboxilo-terminal del receptor d1a, ausente en el d1b, que podria explicar sus diferentes propiedades.  se obtuvieron y caracterizaron anticuerpos especificos para cada uno de los receptores d1 y se identifico cada subtipo mediante el uso de estos anticuerpos. Estudiando la sintesis y procesamiento del receptor d1a de dopamina en sistemas de traduccion \u00abin vitro\u00bb y en oocitos de \u00abxenopus\u00bb, hemos demostrado que se expresa con masas moleculares semejantes a las inmunodetectadas en tejidos de raton (entre 66 y 80 kda) y como otra de menor tama\u00f1o de 50 kda. Mediante mutagenesis dirigida se ha identificado la asparragina 5 como punto de n-glicosilacion. Este punto, junto con la asparragina 175 serian los responsables, cuando son n-glicosilados, de las masas moleculares de 46 y 50 kda que se detectan en sistemas de traduccion \u00abin vitro\u00bb.
