La retenci\u00f3n de los precursores eritroides en mo, necesaria para su maduraci\u00f3n adecuada, depende de diferentes mol\u00e9culas de adhesi\u00f3n como la integrina cd49d\/cd29, cuyos principales ligandos son la prote\u00edna fibronectina fn y la mol\u00e9cula vcam-1 \u00f3 cd106. Sin embargo, el hecho de que otras c\u00e9lulas hematopoy\u00e9ticas cuya tendencia a permanecer en mo es escasa o nula tambi\u00e9n expresen la integrina cd49d\/cd29, sugiere que la mera expresi\u00f3n de esta integrina no justifica la naturaleza s\u00e9sil de la serie eritroide.  objetivos y m\u00e9todos     el objetivo principal de este trabajo ha sido el estudio mediante citometr\u00eda de flujo de la expresi\u00f3n y regulaci\u00f3n de la forma activa (competente para unir ligando ) de la integrina cd49d\/cd29 en eritroblastos de mo humana.  resultados y conclusiones     1,- los eritroblastos de mo humana expresan cd49d\/cd29 activado en condiciones fisiol\u00f3gicas, lo que probablemente les confiere una gran capacidad de uni\u00f3n al estroma medular a trav\u00e9s de su uni\u00f3n a fn y cd106.     2,- la expresi\u00f3n de cd29 activado en eritroblastos de mo humana es dependiente del cd106 soluble contenido en el plasma medular y del efecto estabilizador de los cationes divalentes (especialmente de mn2+).     3,- el cd106 soluble del plasma medular se encuentra unido a la integrina cd49d\/cd29 de la membrana del eritroblasto en condiciones fisiol\u00f3gicas, lo que probablemente constituye un mecanismo de regulaci\u00f3n in vivo de la forma activa de la integrina.     4,- la regulaci\u00f3n de la integrina cd49d\/cd29 en eritroblastos de mo por factores solubles no requiere de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n intracelular ni de la reorganizaci\u00f3n del citoesqueleto, pero s\u00ed de la presencia de un metabolismo celular
