Pueden aplicarse al aprendizaje del windsurf, un deporte que tiene lugar en un medio natural. las preguntas clave que han sido el centro de esta investigaci\u00f3n fueron: &#8211;\t\u00c2\u00bfc\u00f3mo podemos mejorar el aprendizaje del windsurf en los j\u00f3venes? &#8211;\t\u00c2\u00bfser\u00eda posible utilizar los aprendizajes y las habilidades desarrolladas en la escuela para facilitar la iniciaci\u00f3n del windsurf? &#8211;\t\u00c2\u00bfqu\u00e9 capacidades f\u00edsicas y perceptivas que se desarrollan en la escuela podr\u00edan ser determinantes en el aprendizaje del windsurf? el proceso descriptivo y cuasi-experimental se ha llevado a cabo durante los a\u00f1os 2003-2004 y 2005. Los sujetos estudiados han sido alumnos que estudiaban en el tercer curso de la eso de dos institutos p\u00fablicos de la provincia de pontevedra. nuestras conclusiones resultaron positivas. La mayor\u00eda de los alumnos que han mejorado el equilibrio en las sesiones de e.F. Y conseguido niveles altos en los test de equilibrio en tierra son los que m\u00e1s tiempo se mantienen sobre una tabla de windsurf. las palabras clave de nuestra investigaci\u00f3n son:
