Las constantes de asociaci\u00f3n han sido medidas y unas estructuras en estado solido han mostrado las interacciones con el ani\u00f3n. el capitulo 3 muestra dos estrategias complementarias utilizadas para un selector quiral para el naproxeno: el dise\u00f1o de noco y la quimica combinatoria.  impedimiento esterico, pi-stacking as\u00ed como pre-organizaci\u00f3n han sido incorporados en receptores sin alcanzar discriminaci\u00f3n. Entre los dos enantiomeros. una librer\u00eda de tetrapeptidos ha sido sintetizada y al naproxeno se le ha incorporado un grupo fluorescente.
