Dicho modelo modifica de manera original el modelo de las redes bam (memorias asociativas bidirecionales) a\u00f1adiendo el concepto de asamblea neuronal cada cap. De esta manera consigue adaptar un modelo cl\u00e1sico de las redes neuronales artificiales a los problemas de localizaci\u00f3n.     adem\u00e1s se presenta el modelo h\u00edbrido evoneloc, que combina el modleo neuronal neloc con un algoritmo evolutivo. esto permite que el sistema resultante mejore la calidad de las soluciones con respecto a las proporcionadas pro el modelo neloc b\u00e1sico.     ambos modelos, neloc y evoneloc, son aplicados con \u00e9xito a dos problemas de teor\u00eda de la localizaci\u00f3n.
