Las part\u00edculas suelen tener un tama\u00f1o entre 100-200 nm.     la sinterabilidad de los polvos de bapr1-xgdxo-3 es buena: es posible sintetizar el material hasta un 96-96% de la te\u00f3rica utilizando el presentado uniaxial y temperaturas moderadas (1400-1500\u00c2\u00bac).     el bapr1-xgdxo3 se comporta como un conductor de tipo p. El mejor comportamiento lo presenta en atm\u00f3sferas secas y cuando el potencial qu\u00edmico de ox\u00edgeno es elevado; se favorece la formaci\u00f3n de huecos electr\u00f3nicos, mientras se disminuye el riesgo de descomposici\u00f3n del material.     los materiales batho3 y batbo3 dopados con un aceptor son ductores mixtos (protones y electrones), mientras que el bapro3 es predominantemente electr\u00f3nico.     el modelo que describe el movimiento de los huecos en gdbapro3, corresponde a polarones de fuerte interacci\u00f3n: es un proceso activados
