Como sabemos, en las tablas cl\u00e1sicas existentes hasta ahora tanto de las sociedades europeas como americanas, se introducen solamente el sexo, edad, ser o no fumador, colesterol y niveles de tensi\u00f3n arterial, quedando excluidos los emergentes.  hip\u00f3tesis de estudios y objetivos     intentamos aportar informaci\u00f3n sobre cinco frcv emergentes (uricemia, pcr ultrasensible, leucocitos, apoprote\u00edna a1 y aip logaritmo) la mayor\u00eda se piden de rutina en las anal\u00edticas a estos pacientes pero no se valoran c\u00f3mo influyen pro separado o asociados en el riesgo cardiovascular rcv de estos pacientes que ya de por s\u00ed lo tienen muy elevado. las hemos agrupado por frcv emergentes.  sujetos y m\u00e9todos     los grupos estudiados ten\u00edan muy similar la edad, el tiempo de evoluci\u00f3n de la diabetes mellitus y la hipertensi\u00f3n. El grupo 0 eran diab\u00e9ticos tipo 2 que ten\u00edan factores de riesgo cardiovascular, pero no todos estaban asociados, y el grupo 1 eran diab\u00e9ticos tipo 2 que ten\u00edan asociados 3 factores de riesgo cardiovascular en un mismo individuo cumpliendo los criterios de s\u00edndrome metab\u00f3lico seg\u00fan el atp iii. Queremos analizar, por tanto cinco variables como son: uricemia, leucocitos, pcr ultrasensible (pcr-u), apo a1 y alp logaritmo, ya que existen varias corrientes que quieren incluirlas como marcadores precoces en la valoraci\u00f3n, posterior control y seguimiento de estos pacientes.  resultados y conclusiones     metab\u00f3licos: uricemia:  se han encontrado significativamente elevada en los pacientes que presentan m\u00e1s de tres factores de riesgo cardiovascular asociados, mediante an\u00e1lisis de regresi\u00f3n log\u00edstica, asoci\u00e1ndose a los pacientes con mayor resistencia a
