Para ello se han utilizado dos v\u00edas de aproximaci\u00f3n. en primer lugar se han estudiado snps en 8 genes propuestos en la literatura como asociados con la em y en el sistema de haplogrupos del adn mitocondrial. la segunda aproximaci\u00f3n ha consistido en estudiar los patrones de expresi\u00f3n g\u00e9nica en los n\u00f3dulos  linf\u00e1ticos de un modelo murino eae. En es tos ratones se ha inducido una eae que cursa en brotes y se ha construido un modelo longitudinal de la enfermedad con extracciones de tejido en 12 puntos diferentes. En estos tejidos se ha estudiado la expresi\u00f3n de 18 000 transcritos mediante arrays de arn. para corroborar las conclusiones obtenidas en este estudio se han estudiado algunos de los genes propuestos en arn obtenido de pacientes.  resultados     los haplogrupos mitocondriales y los snps propuestos en los genes cd24, apoe y pd1.3 no est\u00e1n relacionados con la em. En nuestros datos s\u00ed que aparecen relacionados con la enfermedad los cambios estudiados en los genes ccr5, tlr-4, ucp-2 y syn iii. en el estudio de expresi\u00f3n en eae se ha caracterizado la firma transcripcional de la respuesta inmune inespec\u00edfica frente al adyuvante. se propone un modelo en el que se ve como la firma transcripcional de las c\u00e9lulas inmunes migra del n\u00f3dulo linf\u00e1tico al snc. se propone que los genes de la case\u00edna, lactoalbumina y expri desempe\u00f1an un papel protector ante el brote en el modelo eae. se propone que la case\u00edna kappa
