Por una parte, se ha llevado a cabo un estudio del comportamiento de la unidad lact\u00e1mica alfa,beta-insaturada de las dihidropirrolo[2,1-alfa]isoquinolinas, 10b sustituidas, en adiciones conjugadas frente a diferentes tipos de nucle\u00f3filos como organocupratos, aminas y aniones estabilizados por conjugaci\u00f3n. As\u00ed, se ha comprobado que estas reacciones de adici\u00f3n conjugada resultan, en general, altamente diastereoselectivas, obteniendo el is\u00f3mero 1,10b-cis como mayoritario, aplic\u00e1ndose dicha metodolog\u00eda a la s\u00edntesis de tetrahidropirroloisoquinolina polisustituidas.  por otra parte, se ha aplicado dicha metodolog\u00eda en la s\u00edntesis de tetrahidropirroloisoquinolina enantiom\u00e9ricamente enriquecidas. As\u00ed, se ha efectuado la adici\u00f3n conjugada de cupratos de gilman sobre una dihidropirroloisoquinolina enantiom\u00e9ricamente pura que incorpora un grupo 2-exo-hidroxi-10-bornilsulfinilo como auxiliar quiral. as\u00ed mismo, se ha llevado a cabo sobre una dihidropirroloisoquinolina rac\u00e9mica la adici\u00f3n conjugada de 1,3-ditiano-1-\u00f3xido. Ambas v\u00edas resultaron ser altamente diastereoslectivas obteni\u00e9ndose los is\u00f3meros 1,10b-cis y 1,10b-trans respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
