Los estudios mediante difraccion de rayos-x y calorimetria diferencial de barrido (dsc) han servido para confirmar su estado amorfo.  el analisis en c.C. Se ha realizado bajo configuraciones de doble contacto puntual y sandwich, estudiandose las caracteristicas i-v, asi como la relacion de la conductividad con la temperatura. Este estudio incluye los efectos de envejecimiento de las muestras originado por recocido y por procesos de conmutacion, con limitacion de potencia, previos. Se verifican y analizan, igualmente, los fenomenos de conmutacion observados en otras aleaciones con elementos cacogenos.  en c.A. Se han estudiado los parametros del circuito equivalente de las muestras, asi como la conductividad en alterna y su relacion con la temperatura y frecuencia de acuerdo con los diferentes modelos propuestos.  finalmente, se analizan los procesos de relajacion dielectrica que tienen lugar en los diferentes compuestos y la repercusion, en dicha caracterizacion, de la conductividad a frecuencia
