No hay manuscrito.  de dos impresos que hay, he elegido el que denomino ihl, de hannover-londres; cotejado y comparado en su metrica, formas linguisticas, estilisticas y dramaticas con el impreso de Madrid, im, aquel resulta mas proximo al estilo de tirso y mas unitario. El tercer acto es distinto en ihl y en im. Ihl no tiene tantos fragmentos estragados y si mas rasgos comunes en las tres jornadas; y por rasgos morfologicos y metricos es preferible.  b) defensa de la autoria de tirso. Se va deduciendo a medida que se estudian los rasgos por los que se elige el ihl, buscando otros que coinciden en comedias reconocidas. Destacan los rasgos linguisticos, poeticos, metricos, dramaticos.  c) fecha probable de composicion. Basado en los rasgos y citas coincidentes con comedias de tirso. Interesan la numismatica, la moda y personas coetaneas.  en cada uno de estos tres aspectos he tenido en cuenta la opinion de los insignes investigadores de tirso de molina, especialmente de aquellos
