Se analiza la eclosi\u00f3n de su aparici\u00f3n dentro de una nueva concepci\u00f3n museogr\u00e1fica y comunicativa inserta en las nuevas industrias culturales, cuyas colecciones museogr\u00e1ficas pretenden recuperar el tiempo perdido de la labor museogr\u00e1fica sobre el arte contempor\u00e1neo no realizado por el r\u00e9gimen franquista. Se muestra la evoluci\u00f3n de las instituciones museogr\u00e1ficas en los periodos de la transici\u00f3n, del gobierno del psoe y pp, as\u00ed como los fondos adquiridos hasta la fecha, que se encaminan hacia un nuevo concepto de museo global.     dentro de se marco com\u00fan de los museos, se analiza el nuevo paradigma del arte posmoderno que contiene y expr\u00e9s a los par\u00e1metros de la mentalidad posmoderna, que se manifiesta en diversos aspectos. La institucionalizaci\u00f3n del arte, la crisis en torno a la obra \u00fanica, la ruptura con el pasado, el museo global, el impacto de la imagen mec\u00e1nica y digital, la critica ef\u00edmera, el protagonismo de los comisarios de exposiciones y la omnipresencia del mercado del arte. As u vez se pone de manifiesto la manipulaci\u00f3n ideol\u00f3gica de los nuevos agentes, y se analizan los datos concretos de lso registros museogr\u00e1ficos de los museos
