Se ha observado un efecto de la edad paterna en el aumento de anomal\u00edas cromos\u00f3micas num\u00e9ricas en los espermatozoides de los padres del grupo paterno. Los resultados obtenidos son una valiosa aportaci\u00f3n a la discusi\u00f3n sobre la existencia de una tendencia generalizada a la no disyunci\u00f3n en padres de ni\u00f1os o abortos aneuploides de origen paterno. De las conclusiones de la tesis se puede destacar la importancia cl\u00ednica del incremento del riesgo de anomal\u00edas cromos\u00f3micas, con la edad, en la descendencia de individuos con descendencia klinefelter. Adem\u00e1s, se describe el primer caso de transmisi\u00f3n natural de un cromosoma y en anillo a la descendencia. La relevancia de los resultados de esta tesis se pone de manifiesto en los dos art\u00edculos que han sido publicados en la revista cient\u00edfica human reproduction (\u00edndice de impacto de 3.669,
