Para su fabricaci\u00f3n se ha puesto en marcha un sistema de formaci\u00f3n de multicapas de silicio poroso. Una vez fabricados, los dispositivos se han caracterizado f\u00edsica y \u00f3pticamente por diversos m\u00e9todos. Los filtros dbr fabricados se han utilizado para establecer un modelo de simulaci\u00f3n, las microcavidades se han utilizado como sensores de humedad y los espejos omnidireccionales se han fabricado
