En el trabajo presentado abordamos algunos problemas que aparecen en la pr\u00e1ctica. para entender los distintos resultados producidos por diferentes algoritmos es importante estudiar la relaci\u00f3n entre clusters procedentes de an\u00e1lisis diferentes, por lo que presentamos un m\u00e9todo de comparaci\u00f3n para visualizar relaciones entre clusterings jer\u00e1rquicos o no-jer\u00e1rquicos, basado en grafos, utilizando un criterio de est\u00e9tica o de informaci\u00f3n mutua para cortar los dendrogramas en el caso jer\u00e1rquico.  desarrollamos dos algoritmos de refinamiento del estado inicial de m\u00e9todos de clustering iterativos, utilizando el concepto de profundidad y bootstrap.
