Estos estudios han permitido concluir que la entrada de un sustituyere sobre la posici\u00f3n alfa-carbon\u00edlica depende de la configuraci\u00f3n carbono de la posici\u00f3n angular y de orden en la adici\u00f3n de los agentes alquilantes.     a partir de diversas lactamas mono- y dialquiladas con estructura de oxazolopiperidona se accedi\u00f3, en s\u00f3lo dos etapas de adicionales, a piperidinas3,3-disustituidas, cis- y trans-3,5-disustituidas y piperidonas 3,3-disutituidas de forma enantiopura.     la aplicaci\u00f3n de la metodolog\u00eda desarrollada permiti\u00f3 describir la primera s\u00edntesis total y enantioselectiva del alcaloide (-) dihiddrocleavamina, la s\u00edntesis total de (-)quebrachamina y las s\u00edntesis  formales de (+)-20r-dihidrocleavamina,
