Nuestra tesis intenta aproximarse a una teorizaci\u00f3n cr\u00edtica del nuevo entorno virtual. En primer lugar, contextualizando las teor\u00edas sobre la t\u00e9cnica y la tecnolog\u00eda con la nueva realidad tecnocient\u00edfica, de la que surge una regresi\u00f3n al encantamiento arcaico. En segundo lugar, proponemos relacionar las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas con el contexto socioecon\u00f3mico del tardocapitalismo, con la tecnolog\u00eda digital como vector esencial del modo de producci\u00f3n actual. En tercer lugar, nos ocupamos del reencantamiento en su vertiente digital, a trav\u00e9s del condicionamiento est\u00e9tico, la mediaci\u00f3n invisible de la experiencia y la afirmaci\u00f3n de la unidimensionalidad en la sociedad digital. Como conclusi\u00f3n, la extra\u00f1eza con la que afrontamos el estudio de la comunicaci\u00f3n digital nos hace vislumbrar en el ciberespacio una segunda realidad maravillosa e inestable, estetizada e incondicionada, que act\u00faa como fuente de poder al servicio de la econom\u00eda neoliberal de mercado. palabras clave: encantamiento, tecnolog\u00eda digital, ciberespacio, filosof\u00eda de la t\u00e9cnica, teor\u00eda cr\u00edtica, capitalismo tard\u00edo, fenomenolog\u00eda, realidad virtual. the substitution of the enchanted and wonder world by the technological renchanting offers a sequence of problems concerning the rising of digital era. Our thesis tries to approach to a critical theorization of the new virtual environment. Firstly, by contextualizing the theories about technique and technology, according with the technoscience and the consecutive  return to the enchantment. Secondly, we propose to connect new technologies with the socialeconomic context of late capitalism. Thirdly, we realize the renchanting concerning the digital dimension, through the aesthetic constraints, the invisible mediation of the experience and the affirmation of unidimensionality in
