Se estudian con esta tecnica las caracteristicas termodinamicas o cineticas de la desnaturalizacion de tres proteinas recombinantes, apo-flavodoxina (apo-rfld), estreptoquinasa (rsk) y gamma interferon (rifn).  se determina que la apo-rfld sufre una unica transicion entre dos estados, calculandose sus parametros termodinamicos. En la desnaturalizacion termica de la rsk se determina la existencia de tres transiciones independientes entre dos estados. Se comparan los resultados obtenidos con los de la variante natural, unica estudiada hasta el momento. Se encuentra que el rifn se desnaturaliza de forma reversible en un margen muy estrecho de condiciones. Se encuentra en el resto de las condiciones un control cinetico en la desnaturalizacion, detectandose la existencia de mecanismos cineticos distintos en funcion del ph.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
