formaci\u00f3n de tutores de e-learning o e-formaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Laura Alonso D\u00edaz <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Esta investigaci\u00f3n pretende no s\u00f3lo analizar de modo detallado las caracter\u00edsticas de la ense\u00f1anza virtual, m\u00e1s conocida como e-learning, sino tambi\u00e9n generar conocimiento sobre esta realidad emergente. producto de una tarea de docentes y formadores de docentes, el estudio pretende contribuir a la orientaci\u00f3n y gu\u00eda de los profesionales de la ense\u00f1anza que deseen favorecer el discurso cr\u00edtico y la formaci\u00f3n mediante el uso de tecnolog\u00edas electr\u00f3nicas en un contexto de aprendizaje en red. se trata de una investigaci\u00f3n de car\u00e1cter longitudinal ya que se analiza la pr\u00e1ctica docente virtual entre los a\u00f1os 2004 al 2007 y, a su vez, c\u00edclica en tanto que tras constatar los resultados ha continuado el proceso de mejora de la dicha pr\u00e1ctica, tomando nuevas decisiones que volv\u00edan a ser analizadas posteriormente. en el estudio se combinan metodolog\u00edas de corte cuantitativo y cualitativo, utilizando cuestionarios semiabiertos o cerrados, entrevistas semiestructuradas y grupos de discusi\u00f3n, as\u00ed como el triple punto de vista proporcionado por reconocidos expertos en e-learning, as\u00ed como profesores y alumnos de tres ediciones de un mismo programa formativo \u00abon line\u00bb. ello ha permitido fundamentar categor\u00edas de an\u00e1lisis de los procesos de ense\u00f1anza\/aprendizaje en e-formaci\u00f3n y contrastar las tareas propias del docente virtual a partir de las categor\u00edas de an\u00e1lisis establecidas. con tales premisas, se han extraido l\u00edneas formativas para la formaci\u00f3n de docentes universitarios que se inician o ensayan en el \u00e1mbito del e-learning y de las tecnolog\u00edas de la comunicaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de
