{"id":59645,"date":"2007-04-07T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2007-04-07T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/insercion-laboral-del-alumnado-egresado-de-la-facultad-de-educacion-de-la-universidad-de-extremadura-desde-una-perspectiva-de-genero\/"},"modified":"2007-04-07T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2007-04-07T00:00:00","slug":"insercion-laboral-del-alumnado-egresado-de-la-facultad-de-educacion-de-la-universidad-de-extremadura-desde-una-perspectiva-de-genero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/extremadura\/insercion-laboral-del-alumnado-egresado-de-la-facultad-de-educacion-de-la-universidad-de-extremadura-desde-una-perspectiva-de-genero\/","title":{"rendered":"Inserci\u00f3n laboral del alumnado egresado de la facultad de educaci\u00f3n de la universidad de extremadura desde una perspectiva de g\u00e9nero."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Prudencia Guti\u00e9rrez Esteban <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>A partir de la implantaci\u00f3n de los nuevos planes de estudio y con la futura homologaci\u00f3n de los t\u00edtulos al espacio europeo de educaci\u00f3n superior, se pone en entredicho la prioridad de la formaci\u00f3n universitaria, donde prima la calidad de la ense\u00f1anza superior, traducida ahora en la posibilidad de obtener con mayor facilidad un empleo acorde y adecuado a los estudios cursados. esta investigaci\u00f3n pretende descubrir la situaci\u00f3n profesional y laboral del alumnado egresado de la facultad de educaci\u00f3n de la universiadad de extremadura, analizando la formaci\u00f3n recibida y su relaci\u00f3n con la inserci\u00f3n laboral, prestando especial atenci\u00f3n al estudio de diferencias de g\u00e9nero. los resultados obtenidos se transformar\u00e1n en propuestas de actuaci\u00f3n para la reforma de los planes de estudio y para el impulso de din\u00e1micas que nos aseguren la no discriminaci\u00f3n, por razones de g\u00e9nero, en las salidas profesionales y posteriores itinerarios formativos de los titulados y tituladas. para ello utilizamos una metodolog\u00eda basada en la triangulaci\u00f3n, usando tanto datos cuantitativos como cualitativos. Estos datos se obtienen de un cuestionario que contiene preguntas abiertas y cerradas adem\u00e1s de los grupos de discusi\u00f3n con alumnado graduado, empleadores y otras personas de colectivos
