Se capturaron en distintas \u00e1reas geogr\u00e1ficas de la provincia de c\u00f3rdoba desde la temporada de caza 2003-2004 a las 2005-2006 74 conejos y 89 perdices.     de cada individuo se analizaron h\u00edgado, ri\u00f1\u00f3n, pulm\u00f3n, coraz\u00f3n y m\u00fasculo. El pretratamiento de las muestras se llev\u00f3 a cabo por v\u00eda h\u00fameda, mientras que las determinaciones anal\u00edticas se realizaron por espectrofotom\u00e9tria de absorci\u00f3n at\u00f3mica con llama (para cu, zn y fe) y con c\u00e1mara de grafito (pb y cd). Estos procedimientos anal\u00edticos fueron optimizados para este tipo de matrices y validados mediante distintos par\u00e1metros de calidad.     se llev\u00f3 a cabo un ajuste de estas variables a la distribuci\u00f3n normal mediante una transformaci\u00f3n logar\u00edtmica. El an\u00e1lisis de componentes de la varianza muestra que la variabilidad de la acumulaci\u00f3n de los metales pesados en conejo de monte y perdiz roja es atribuible principalmente al tipo de \u00f3rgano analizado. Con el an\u00e1lisis de la varianza, mediante el modelo linear general, se puede comprobar que todos los metales pesados presentan diferencias estad\u00edsticamente significativas para los factores de clasificaci\u00f3n especie y \u00f3rgano. Para el \u00e1rea geogr\u00e1fica de origen, todos los mentales pesados excepto el cu presentan diferencias estad\u00edsticamente significativas. respecto al factor edad, presentaron diferencias estad\u00edsticamente significativas solamente el cd y el fe, en tanto que respecto al factor sexo, s\u00f3lo cd y pb. Tanto en el estudio de correlaciones, en el estudio cluster,  como en el an\u00e1lisis factorial de tipo componentes principales, se pudo comprobar c\u00f3mo, a parte demostrar una distribuci\u00f3n por \u00f3rganos similar, cd, cu y zn est\u00e1n estrechamente asociados.
