El modelo propuesto ayuda en el proceso educacional en la medida que facilita tanto la gesti\u00f3n de actividades y recursos de aprendizaje como el soporte del uso de las tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n y comunicaci\u00f3n (tic) en el aula.     el trabajo estuvo centrado en los siguientes objetivos: identificar formas en la que las tic mejoran la calidad de la ense\u00f1anza y aprendizaje en un entorno de aprendizaje presencial: seleccionar tecnolog\u00edas que, implementadas en conjunto, sean capaces de soportar actividades educacionales bajo una amplia gama de t\u00e9cnicas pedag\u00f3gicas en un entorno de aprendizaje presencial, y, identificar\/proponer un modelo tecnol\u00f3gico de aula y el modelo de conocimiento asociado al proceso educacional y a los m\u00e9todos y t\u00e9cnicas aplicados en el uso de estas tecnolog\u00edas en un entorno de aprendizaje presencial soportado por las tic.     como resultados, se obtuvo un entorno de aula tic que permite crear condicones que facilitan el aprendizaje con la aplicaci\u00f3n de t\u00e9cnicos pedag\u00f3gicas variadas y en diversas situaicones de ense\u00f1anza y aprendizaje, y una ontolog\u00eda
